At mooncakesfactory.com we have pure lotus paste that has zero additives in it. The finest lotus seeds are picked and dried, and mixed thoroughly to prepare the paste. The colour and the aroma are maintained throughout the process. The slightly bitter after-sensation in normal lotus paste is not found in pure lotus paste. This mooncake lotus paste can be directly used as a filler or you can mix it with your special ingredients if you want to try something adventurous.
