Pandan Mooncake

A pandan mooncake is a very common and much liked recipe in entire Malaysia. We offer the customers a variety of pandan mooncakes, and some of them have been totally improvised by us. The nutty flavour of pandan leaves is maintained while baking a typical Pandan mooncake. It doesn’t have additional sweeteners as the pandan or lotus filling is already dulcified. To avoid deterioration consume pandan moooncakes as soon as you have opened it, but in case of emergency you can refrigerate it to prevent microbial growth.
